At Wild and Rare we aim to give you our customers an online shopping experience equal to that of the quality of our meat products. Please ensure that you have read the following terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not order from us.

The terms set out what you can expect from us and the conditions that you agree to be bound by and when you place your order.

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Wild & Rare of Llwynpiod,Taliaris, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire SA19 7DF, (“Wild & Rare”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and all orders that you may make for the meat, food and Products advertised for sale by us (the “Products”) via our Wild & Rare Website (the “Website”).

All payments on www.wildandrare.co.uk are taken in GBP (£)

We process all payments using Stripe which accepts a wide range of credit and debit cards.

  1. How to become a Wild & Rare Customer

1.1 To place an order with us you must be over 18 years of age, require delivery in our delivery areas and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name.
1.2 We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your account with us at our discretion.
1.3 Our Terms and Conditions will apply to you on becoming our customer.
1.4 Please ensure that the information you provide us with is correct, up to date and complete and notify us as soon as possible of any changes.
1.5 Please make sure that you have read our statement on our privacy policy.

  1. CONTRACT
    1. This website is operated by Wild and Rare. When you place an order on the website we will confirm your order by sending you an email to the email address you have provided. This email will list all products you have ordered, the price and delivery details. This is not an acceptance by us. A legally binding contract will only arise once we have completed the delivery of the goods to you the customer.
    2. If you have entered an incorrect email address and receive no email purchase confirmation and/or any other details are incorrect then the onus is on you to contact us to amend your details and we cannot be held responsible for the entering of incorrect information or your email service provider spam filtration.

2.3 The personal and payment details you give to us are governed by a strict privacy policy – please read our privacy policy here.

2.4 Following your set up of an account we will email confirmation of your account set up to you. For your records, please save these terms and conditions for your future reference.

2.5 To order from Wild & Rare, you must register with us. This is referred to as ‘Register’ throughout our Website and literature. However, this is not a credit account; payment will be required when placing an order. This account can be set up by following the instructions on the Website or automatically by placing your first order with us.

3. MAKING CHANGES, CANCELLING THE CONTRACT OR REQUESTING A REFUND

3.1 The confirmation email we send will set out the latest time that you may amend or cancel your order, being 72 hours prior to the date of your delivery (the “cut-off time”).

3.2 Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off time but prior to delivery, we may charge you in full.

3.4 Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will either send a replacement substitute product with your order, or arrange a full refund within 7 working days.

4. PRODUCT PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

4.1 The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order by clicking “Checkout” and will be inclusive of any VAT (if applicable).
4.2 Delivery charges will be included in the product cost as stated on our Website.

4.3 We will debit the total cost of your order at the time you place your order.

5. ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY

Should you require a different delivery service please contact us by email /contact form, where we will inform you of the additional cost and availability to do this.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 We always aim to deliver your order within the delivery slot stated by us at the time you place your order.

6.2 Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”.
If no one is available at the primary delivery address (nominated by you at the time you place your order) to take delivery of the order, we will need your instruction as to where you want the order left at the address nominated.

6.3 Should you ask us to leave your goods unattended at a secure place, we expressly disclaim all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

6.4 Should your delivery be refused or not accepted at the delivery address, we cannot take responsibility for this or the cost entailed of goods not being delivered.

6.5 Events occurring outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your goods at the time agreed. In these circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the delivery time. In such an event, our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.

7. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.

7.1 We are committed to offering you our very best service and the best produce and we guarantee the quality of all goods and produce you order from us. You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in the event that you are not in any way happy, please inform us via the ‘Contact us’ page.

7.2 Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you that you are dissatisfied with. However, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we will endeavour to put things right.

8. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

8.1 We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
8.2 This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

8.3 Goods may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the meat itself varies in colour, size and quality. Your goods may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our goods are meat products and are cut by hand, all sizes, weights and colours indicated on our website are approximations only unless we state otherwise.

9.MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

9.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

10.GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
10.2 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
10.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

11.3 We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

12. WHAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

12.1 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of loss of profits arising out of our supply or failure to supply the goods purchased by you.
12.2 Some of our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. We will ensure that the contents of each box are clearly listed on our website but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the information. If you require further information on allergens, please contact us.
12.3 The goods are sold to you on the basis that you are a consumer. Therefore we will not be liable for any special losses that you might suffer using, distribution or reselling the goods as part of a business.
12.4 We are not liable for goods once they have been delivered to the address or secure place stated in your order.
12.5 The packaging is there to ensure produce reaches you in perfect condition but it is your responsibility to ensure that all perishable goods are refrigerated as soon as possible upon receipt. Should you or a third party move the goods following our delivery, we will not be liable for anything the third party might do to the goods or any subsequent deterioration in the produce.
12.6 Please note that we will do our best to ensure that access to our website is uninterrupted and that transmission are error-free but, given the nature of the internet, this is not something that we are able to guarantee. There may be occasions where access is suspended or restricted so that we can undertake repairs, maintenance or improvements. We will keep such occasions to a minimum and restore full access as soon as we can.

13.1 All content included on the Web Site, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Wild and Rare, or other relevant third parties. 13.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by Wild and Rare.
