Description
Our traditionally dry-cured bacon is made using an old family recipe and hand crafting methods and our own special dry cure using only a mix of Himalayan pink rock salt and brown sugar which is hand rubbed and left to cure. The bacon is then naturally cold smoked using oak chips. Our bacon is Nitrate & Sulphate FREE. As a result of our curing process our bacon does not shrink when cooked and has a sensational oaky flavour – some of our customer refer to it as “Bacon of the Gods”! The perfect smoked bacon.
Sausage can’t get leaner or lower in calories then when made from our 100% pasture fed Buffalo. Made by hand using our mince, Sun Blush tomatoes, fresh basil and seasoning. Perfect for any meal – add to pasta dishes, make into delicious meatballs or use as a stuffing. Our signature sausage.
A succulent, moist sausage made by combining pheasant breasts from our local Talley shoot with outdoor reared pork to create a unique, delicately flavoured posh-ish game porker! This sausage has a similar taste to organic chicken and is a firm favourite with our customers.
